What drew me to the interior design industry was a desire to be creative at work. I'd jumped from various jobs after college until landing myself at a bank with a promising career and future ahead. Problem was, I was so bored working there, I felt no joy and hated the monotony of it all. That's when I found a design firm, willing to risk a lot on me - knowing nothing about the industry, save my experience in administrative work. And here I am! Nearly 10 years later and still in love with the idea that I could take a chance and start something new.

I have a true affinity for all things green and spend much of my down time wandering botanical gardens, squishing my dog Pepe with what he may consider too much love, and traveling the world with the love of my life.

I'm a design, wildlife and travel photographer with 8+ years experience working within the design industry for designers across the country.

As of July 2023, I've been living in Calgary, AB working on expanding my portfolio, exploring the mountains, the city and all that this gorgeous area has to offer. I currently work remotely as an operations & procurement manager for various designers in the US and Canada. I'm always looking for a new city, country, or hole in the wall restaurant to explore, and I can't wait to meet you!

love affair

I don't recall the first time I held a camera, or the first photo I took, but I do remember with fondness my fascination with photography as a kid. From classic disposable film, to point-and shoots, I've held a lot. In university I took a film photography class and spent hours in the darkroom learning about film and falling even farther in love with cameras and their ability to capture the world round me.

Photography, in its myriad forms, has become not just a passion but a ceaseless journey that I've embraced with unwavering devotion. It brings me closer to nature and allows me to learn and explore all the wonders the world has to offer.
