I specialize in creating seamless processes for your client projects especially when it comes time to start ordering. This includes creating and placing orders directly with vendors, reps, or showrooms. Once orders are placed, all documentation is filed and sorted per job and/or designer. Every single item is tracked all the way from ordering to install. My goal is to minimize your time and effort required to run the business, so you can bring projects to life.
Data Management
In today's world, organization is paramount - especially with everything going digital. I excel in creating meticulous virtual files, reports and databases. Whether you have specific programs or system already in use or you need assistance establishing something that works for you and your team, I am here to ensure your data is always accessible and organized.
Warehouse Management
When it comes to warehousing, I provide full and detailed record-keeping. Through vendor relations, I'm able to track when orders ship and when they arrive, always taking special care to communicate with your warehouse of any issues or claims that may arise from shipping. We all know shipping and dealing with damages has been a touchy subject these past few years, so staying organized and transparent with vendors and your warehouse is always a top priority.
Vendor Liason
Maintaining clear, constant, and consistent communication with your vendors is a key aspect of my support. I'm here to help you source new vendors, create access files for logins, and set up new trade accounts. I coordinate placing orders directly with your vendors, tracking and shipping logistics, as well as filing claims when items arrive damaged, so that you and your clients stay updated and on track for seamless installations.
Logistics & Coordination
Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, movers, and installers is crucial piece to what can be a fast moving puzzle in our world - especially on move in/install day. I excel at setting up and creating appointments to ensure everyone arrives on time and at the right location. Having a smooth and uneventful install always puts everyone at ease at project closing.
Administrative Excellence
Being an interior designer involves a multitude of task beyond being a creative genius. I'm here to help handle the day-to-day necessities such as paying utility bills, and ordering office supplies. A key part of running your business also involves invoicing and I offer light bookkeeping services including but not limited to: vendor invoices, payroll, client reports, and bill payment. By taking care of these little tasks, it allows you the freedom to concentrate on your designs and clients
